It has been awhile and for that I apologize.
Been going through tests and tired of writing about my health problems.
Have not been able to work on the 2020 CQ challenge but did start (slowly and am behind already) the 500 seam challenge with Kathy Shaw. The idea is to do a seam a day until all 500 are done from her new book. I already had the book and figured that is something easy I can do but will be behind a lot.
Here is seam 1 and 2.
Will try to post more regularly.

Eye Candy from ICQC105 class
Here are my finished products (except for 1 of them) from the last Kathy Shaw class.
I decided to frame them and put them on shelves and up on the wall.
The funky flower project is still waiting to be framed then it too will go up on a wall. I find that they add an interesting focal point and definitely adds color.

Personal Challenge (formerly my 2020 challenge) First block.
Not completed but I have had so many other things going on. Figured it was about time I showed a picture.
The cretan stitch seam with the red arrows is waiting for some sequins or Fargo Roses.
The feather stitch seam is waiting for some bullions.
The chevron is waiting for some Brazilian cast on stitches.
The double herringbone is waiting for some sequins or beads (haven't decided yet).
The side seam by the tree will be some shiny fiber couched down in a zig zag shape with some type of small flower embroidered.
The bottom section will be some type of brazilian flower.
The section beside the tree with be some type of silk ribbonflower.
The middle section with the tree will have a 3 dimensional butterfly which will be the last thing added.
That is as far as my thought process has gone so far.
I am not going to stress the 2020 unique items nor even getting it done on a certain time so guess it is going to be changed from a 2020 challenge to a personal challenge.

Been awhile
It has been quite awhile since I have posted. Will try to do better. Just some little finishes for me. Have been having some health and motivational issues that I am hoping are over.
Have you heard about 2020 quilt challenge. After much hemming and hawing I have decided to join in. Am in the process of finishing off a few more small projects and getting some prep work done for the challenge.
I will be doing CQ blocks where the connecting theme will be Butterflies. Each of the 100+ blocks will have a different butterfly on it. Some more than one. Other then Butterflies will be flowers done in different types of embroidery. Will be a challenge but have the perfect wall for it :)
Will show you my finishes and each block as they are done.

Finally a finish!
I have been feeling sorry for myself and have been feeling very frustrated. Have had hand/finger injuries one after the other for the past few months. Now they all finally seem to be healed and I can stitch again.
Got these all quilted/bound/hanging sleeves attached. These with what I already have done from a few years ago; I now have something for all holidays except Easter and need something patriotic. Hope to have something for those 2 holidays by the end of the year.
Next project(s) are to get these ready to hang. Decided to do them as single wall hangings and have the perfect spot for 10 possibly 12 of them in my living room. Still need to do the blocks for November and December. The blocks are pieced but have not even started on the seams.
Hope to have something else to show you in the next week or 2. Am also busy working in the yard/garden and the weather has been so mild that I can get a head start.
