This seam

This is the one seam on the Easter Egg (yesterdays post) that I am not sure of.  I am thinking it might need some yellow beads at the points of the yellow and orange lines.  What do you think?

This is a Crazy Quilt Easter Egg that will be for a swap.  Not sure if it is finished or not will put it where I can see it a lot and will decide by the end of the week.

I can stitch again

Took my time but here is my first item of the year.  This will be one of twelve center pieces for a set of crazy quilt blocks.  Will have some all bead butterflies and am thinking of a wire filigree one as well. 

Wings are done using a modified "Long and Short" stitch with some beads and sequins added.  The head is Satin stitch and the body is "Ghiordes Knot". 

Absence again

Sorry for not posting lately again but have been having medical issues.  Surgery Nov 1 then again Dec 21.  Am recovering quite quickly so hope to be back to crafty and posting soon.

More Christmas decorations

Got these ones finished and on the tree.  I have 1 more to do plus I would like to redo the Santa didn't have the correct gray beads.

This is a work in progress.  It is taking forever.  The fringe will go all the way around.  It is a small ornament cover.

Crocheted Angels

These are hand crocheted angels that I made about 11 or 12 years ago.  Unfortunately I used starch to stiffen them and they are starting to yellow quite badly.  Will have to start replacing them one of these days.

Taking a short break from the CQ seam stitch along to get some Christmas decorations made.
