Etsy shop has reopened.

Am slowly listing things for my shop again.  Had it closed down while going through treatments.  So far am only listing the Vintage PDF Booklets some of which I never showed here.  I will eventually be listing the homemade items again but that will take some more time.  As for the digitizing I am not sure if I will be relisting those as dealing with some of the customers had me quite stressed out.

Quilting Gallery Contest 20 May 13 Flower Gardens

Thank you to all that voted.  There were some gorgeous quilts there.  Mimi's Bloomers ended at a very respectable 4th place out of 34.  Was very surprised and please by this.  I will be entering other quilts into these contest here and there.  We should all check them out each week.  Even if it is just for the eye candy.

This is my Mimi's Bloomers.  My first hand appliqued project.  The quilting will be finished once I recover from my surgery which is scheduled next month.

Last treatment

My last radiation treatment was Friday April 19.  Am done now except for 1 more surgery still to be scheduled.  I am hoping to be able to return to quilting and blogging by the end of the summer.  I still need to switch over to bloglovin too.

Winter Blues Blog Hop

This will be my the first time I have joined in on the blog hops so please bear with me if there are any problems.  Take a look around I haven't been posting much but will be getting back into it in the very near future.  I do a lot of different crafts but lately have been heavy into quilting.  Always have several projects on the go at any given time.


Now for the "important" stuff.  This is my giveaway - an Easter Mug Rug.  Great way to use up scraps.  Just a little bit of applique and some minimal qulting, fuse a binding on and viola you are done.
