My last radiation treatment was Friday April 19. Am done now except for 1 more surgery still to be scheduled. I am hoping to be able to return to quilting and blogging by the end of the summer. I still need to switch over to bloglovin too.
Sandra, congratulation on your last radiation treatment. I too am a breast cancer survivor.. I had a modified radical mastectomy of my right breast 16 years ago and also did chemo=no radiation. I didn't do a reconstruction altho now I wish i had done... but it's okay.. If you ever need to talk you can reach me at crochetingcindy911@gmail.com....congrats again!!!!
Sandra, May all go well with you. I am just begining this breast cancer journey. I got my diagnosis Monday from my biopsys last Thursday.. I go to see the surgeon today to see what allhe has to say. My sister is an 11 year survivor. She was diagnosed at 31 & I was hopeing not to have to face this journey but here I am at 43 . I have her same diagnosis same breast lump was in same spot as hers. Our grandmother allso had breast cancer many many years ago when we were small children. She has been long dead. I wish I only knew what type she had had. No one in the family has a clue and half of them don't even remember it. Sandra have a wonderful spring. I look forward to your return/
Sandra, so happy for you that you have had your last radiation treatment, I know it could not have been a pleasant journey for you. Thanks for posting how you are doing when you can. Godspeed to you.
