This is a BoM from a local quilt shop. Progress to date. All of the fabrics except for the dark blue are included.
Recently joined the yahoo group Celt's Vintage Crochet I don't crochet as much as I used to but still like to keep my hand in so to speak. This vintage pattern is from that goup. Still needs to be blocked.
2 of my CQ blocks from Kathy Shaw's intermediate class are finally done. 1 more should be done today the other will wait for a wooden frame on payday.
This picture is just for fun. This is what happens if I get up before John in the morning. Really not sure if Rusty is attracted to the warmth or if he is trying to keep the bed warm for me. He is sound asleep here. He didn't even stir when the camera turned on which will usually have him come running and pose.

I love the colours of your BOM and the crochet looks gorgeous. I have not made a crochet doily for years and they are so pretty. Your crazy blocks look good now that they are complete. xx
I have always liked the pineapple design doilies. The one and only that I ever made was when I was a teen-ager. It was supposed to be a regular size doily and turned out big table size. At the time, I had no idea why but someone wanted it and I gave it to them.
That last picture is so funny! Love your crochet. You did a beautiful job. My grandmother used to do a pineapple pattern like that. I always loved it, and the color you used makes it look very authentically vintage. =) Love the colors in your BOM, and thanks for posting that. It helped me decide about whether or not to use teals in my Sew Sweet Simplicity blocks.
You are busy. Looks like Rusty is resting for you.....grin. The only tiny crochet I used to do was gowns for my daughters Barbie dolls many, many, many years ago.
