My May CQJP2015 block

Am almost caught up with my CQJP2015 blocks.

Here is May

Will be working on Junes block by the end of the week.

Have some sane quilting that needs to be done as well as working on Kathy's class

SRE & Embroidery Wisteria comparisons

As you probably all know I have been taking Crazy Quilting classes with Kathy Shaw.  During the course of these classes I have now done 3 Wisteria vines. Here they all are in the order in which they were done.

This one was done in August 2014

This one was done about 3 weeks ago.

This one was just finished today.

All so different.  Which one is your favorite.

What I have been working on.

Finally finsihed my April CQJP block.  Still not completely happy with the upper right corner but anything I tried just didn't seem to fit so am leaving it alone.

Can you find all 4 of the Easter Eggs?

Have most of the basic seams done for the May block.  

What I have been working on - Picture intensive post

Been busy working on a variety of projects.

1.  Bargello quilt - center is done but still needs borders.  Will show picture once they are done.

2.  Did a heart swap through CQ for Newbies.  These are the hearts I sent.  Will post a pictures of the ones I receive when I get them.

3.  These 2 will be used in the upcoming ICQC-107 Miniature SRE Flowers  class with Kathy Shaw.  Learnt how to do the painting in her ICQC-102: Working w/Paints, Dyes, Inks  

4.  Finished the Basic Crazy Quilting Class through Stitchmap.  Here are my finished items.   Thread Roll-up, Pincushion, and 2 Needlebooks.

5.  Finished Kathy Shaw's ICQC-103: Embellishing w/Threads class.  Here are a few pictures of what I did.  Only the first block is finished.  They others will get done over time in Kathy's other classes.
